Our Story

A house full of worshipers.

What began around one piano grew into a collective sending songs to the nations.

Carriage House Ministries is a Christian worship collective called to educate, encourage, and equip all generations into a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ. We’re artists, songwriters, and servants making worship together — and sending it out.

The work began with Kent Henry — five decades of worship leadership, psalms, and teaching that opened a door for the next generation to walk through. Carriage House Ministries is a collective branch of that ministry. The lineage is direct; the chapter is new.

What started around one piano in Pacific, Missouri has grown into a gathering of voices — Matt Henry Music, Emily Michael, and the artists writing alongside them. Each one bringing their own offering. Each one writing in service of the local church.

We believe worship is a witness. The songs that come out of our house aren’t built for stages — they’re built for living rooms, car rides, sanctuaries, and the long quiet hours in between. They’re meant for the nations.

“How lovely on the mountains are the feet of him who brings good news, who announces peace and brings good news of happiness, who announces salvation, and says to Zion, ‘Your God reigns!’”

Isaiah 52:7

We exist to educate— equipping worship leaders, especially in churches that don’t have a budget for training. To encourage — through songs, writings, and the kind of presence the church needs more of. And to equip the next generation of worshipers to lead with reverence and skill.

This is not a platform play. It’s a family committed to faithful, unhurried presence in our community and yours. If you want to walk with us, the door is open.
