Carriage House Ministries (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a worship collective based in Pacific, Missouri. This policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect when you visit our website or connect with us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We never sell your personal information.

What we collect

• Your email address — when you sign up to receive updates, new music, or prayer from us.
• Contact details — such as your name and message when you reach out to us.
• Giving information — when you make a gift, your donation is processed by Kent Henry Ministries and its secure payment processor. We do not see or store your full card or bank details.
• Basic website data — like your device type and pages visited, collected automatically to keep the site working and secure.
• Chat messages— if you use the chat assistant on our site, what you type is stored, along with the page you were on and your browser type, so it can answer you and so we can improve it. The assistant is Anchor Chat, provided by Anchor Co AI (anchorcoai.com), and it uses AI services to write its replies. If you share your name, email, or phone number in chat, we may use it to follow up with you. We keep chat conversations only as long as we need them to run and improve the assistant, and we’ll delete yours on request. The assistant loads from anchorcoai.com on every page, so that service receives the standard information your browser sends with any web request (such as your IP address and browser type) even if you never open the chat; it does not set cookies. Please don’t share sensitive information in chat.

How we use it

• To send you the updates, music, and encouragement you asked for.
• To respond when you contact us.
• To answer your questions through the chat assistant.
• To acknowledge and steward your gifts.
• To keep the website running well and safe from abuse.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary with trusted providers who help us operate — for example, our email delivery service, our website host, our chat assistant provider (Anchor Co AI) and the AI services it uses, and (for donations) Kent Henry Ministries and its payment processor. Links to streaming platforms (such as Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube) take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.

Your choices

Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. You may also ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you — including residents of California and other states with privacy rights, and visitors from the EU and UK. Just email us and we’ll take care of it.

Children

Our website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We use reasonable, industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections. No method is perfectly secure, but we treat your information with care.
